Oops I used the wrong receipt, how do I resubmit?
No worries! Please wait for the receipt to be processed. Once processed, your receipt submission will either be reopened or rejected. If it’s reopened, you can simply upload the new images to the existing submission and resubmit. If it’s rejected, you need to re-select the coupons and submit a new receipt. If the coupons have already expired, please send us a full picture of your receipt at support@greenjinn.com and we will sort this out for you.
After you submit a receipt, the status will show as "sending". Make sure you keep the app open until you see it change to "processing". This should only take a few seconds. You may need to refresh the app by pulling down on the screen to see this. If you close the app, and see "sending" when you reopen, please pull down to refresh and see if the status changes to "processing". If this doesn't work, we will reopen the receipt submission for you to re-upload your images.
Sometimes your receipt may not make it to our system at all due to a technical issue. If this happens, the status will change to "Action Required". Please click on the contact us button within the receipt submission and we will reactivate the coupons so you can resubmit. Please keep your receipt until the issue is solved.
Coupons are usually valid for one week, from Monday to Sunday. After they expire, they will disappear! However, certain offers last for limited time only, so it’s always worth double-checking the information on the app, including the time countdown in the top left hand corner of the coupon. We also recommend refreshing the app to check if coupons are still available.
A different amount was paid to the coupon
Our offers are based on the RRP (Recommended Retail Price). However, sometimes supermarkets choose to price the items differently. We recommend checking the cashback amount on the app before buying the item as that is the cashback that you will receive.
When will I receive payment?
Payments usually take at least 5 working days from when you hit claim. Remember you need to reach a minimum balance of £1.50 first before you can hit that “claim” button! Please note, there may be busy periods where payments can take longer, so please bear with us.
